RefereeinMemphis.com is a local staffing agency for soccer officials. We supply referees to leagues and upcoming tournaments in the Memphis area. It started in 2016 and currently serves several leagues ranging from youth recreational soccer to adult amateur to collegiate level soccer. This company was created to simplify the assigning process in order to generate quality referees warranted for all leagues and tournaments contracted with our agency. OUR VISION

RefereeinMemphis.com has steadily accomplished annual goals since its inception and this year we plan to continue achieving our vision by providing educational opportunities to develop and hone referee skills both on and off the field.

We believe that the level of the game will improve when the referee has a better understanding of the Laws of the Game and a keen self-awareness to better manage critical situations per match.

We also believe in providing opportunities and feedback, both on and off the pitch, to developing referees to enhance recognition and execution of the correct call.

When we simplify the assigning process by selecting the appropriate referee per the level of the match, we improve the speed and flow of the match, which allows the players to enjoy the beautiful game, and therefore, the overall quality of the game is enhanced for everyone.
